Offerings to Startups

Startups with limitted resources has high focus on technology (and hopefully the sales and marketing setup), and often less focus on implementation efficiency during the NPI Phase. Early samples / proof of concept models needs to be established in a tight schedule.

Establish documentation systems and specifications required to build products next door or overseas.
Facilitatet contact to Design Services, material sourcing , tooling suppliers etc. as applicable. All are known good suppliers delivering good quality at a very competitive cost and delivery schedule.
And most important .. help creating setup of a few simple un-bureaucratic systems, procedures and rules, so you don't have to start all over because of caos when the first few key milestones are succesfully passed..
